LAX Gateway Enhancement - Los Angeles, CA
Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the airport, LAX has implemented their new enhancement project, including new landscape lighting and a trademark-style series of lighted columns leading into airport entrances with the Century Boulevard entrance featuring 'LAX' in 32-foot high letters. Opened in time for the Democratic National Convention in August of 2000, the columns are internally lit with both Martin Professional Exterior 600 luminaires and Katie Group Outdoor Pars fitted with Wybron CXI Mariner color mixing scrollers. All of this running from six universes of DMX!
