The building housing this project was founded as a distillery in 1810. Since that time, it has become the brand home for the distillery, housing a bar and retail facility. This project was a full renovation that reconfigured the space. Working on a expedited schedule and limited budget budget, the design team was challenged with honoring the rich history of the building and brand, while incorporating modern amenities.
