Description: This lighting design celebrates the fusion of past and present within a beautifully restored historic music venue. An ever-changing canvas of colored lighting and video projection welcomes the guests as they enter the lobby. Historic decorative fixtures are reimagined with color-changing technology. Columns and curtains are bathed in light, enhancing the room’s grand scale, while the bar glows in contrasting blue tiers against ornate period details.
The restrooms offer a clean, modern retreat, sleek and evenly lit to provide contrast and surprise.
The VIP lounge elevates the experience, blending historical elegance with contemporary accents. Colorful lighting transforms the space into high art, illuminating a disco ball chandelier that creates a dynamic, Instagram-worthy focal point. Historic photos of legendary performers are gently lit to invite guests into the venue’s rich past.
The lighting in the main hall celebrates and reveals the historic architectural details while enhancing the new architectural elements that were developed for the venue. Lighting concealed within architectural details creates immersive, artist-driven atmospheres. Texture and color play across historic surfaces, enhancing spatial depth and emotional impact. The outcome of the lighting design is a fully immersive, unforgettable experience that honors the venue’s past while embracing its vibrant future.
