Max joins us following his 2024 Visual Terrain internship, with an MFA in Lighting Design from The California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts). Max also has a BFA in Theatre Production & Design from Ithaca College. Max is a resident of New York, and represents the opening of Visual Terrain’s first east coast office in many years.

Although a recent graduate, Max brings with him experience from lighting firms Vortex Lighting and Ultraviolet Designs, as well as his own firm, Lighting-to-the-Max.
